Emily Gamm
Licensed Clinical Social Worker- (she/her/hers)
I strongly believe the clinical relationship is a journey of co-created wellness. I strive to partner with each client from a holistic, client centered, and trauma informed approach, with special attention paid to aspects of identity and cultural responsiveness. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they strive for wellness based on their self-defined goals.
I graduated from the University of Denver with my Master’s of Social Work and have specialty training in sensory trauma processing, as well as a certification in substance use treatment. With 11 years clinical practice experience in integrated care, I have collaborated with healthcare providers to maximize client success in meeting their treatment goals. My treatment focal areas include: concerns related to identity (gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, ability status, socioeconomic status), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, anger, life transitions, grief and loss, and mild/moderate substance use. Currently, I am a PhD student at the University of Colorado.
