As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take great pride in helping individuals work through their mental health challenges to reach their goals. Using a straightforward and down-to-earth approach to care, I aim to maximize outcomes using a conservative approach to prescribing medications. I implement a holistic approach to mental healthcare - integrating therapy, diet, exercise, and herbal therapies when appropriate in conjunction with prescription medications.

With a background rich in both inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences, I specialize in treating both teenagers and adults with a wide variety of mental health conditions. Outside of the office, I am passionate about exploring the mountains of Colorado through hiking, camping and skiing.
