Chelsey McFaddin
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- (she/her/hers)
Chelsey is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Vanderbilt University and is a Tennessee native. She has experience working within the nursing field in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Chelsey is skilled in assessing and guiding treatment plans for a variety of psychiatric disorders including but not limited to ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and psychotic disorders.
Chelsey is an advocate for erasing the social stigma that surrounds the mental health care field and is passionate about proving compassionate, patient-centered care to all patients. One philosophy she strives to integrate into her treatment process is derived from a quote by R.D. Laing: "the provider must become a fellow traveler with the patient." In her free time Chelsey enjoys playing board games, cooking, and spending time with her husband.
