Amanda VanConant
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (she/her/hers)
I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. I received my Master of Science degree as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado and have worked in the Denver area specializing in internal medicine as a nurse practitioner.
I found my interest growing over my career into mental health and transitioned into working in psychiatry. It was then I decided to further my education and obtain a postgraduate degree in psychiatry to better serve this population, focusing on both mind and body in practice.
I enjoy working with patients experiencing symptoms of treatment resistant depression, anxiety, as well as those with symptoms of attention deficit disorder. I enjoy seeing both children and adults.
I enjoy spending time with my family and love spending time outdoors.
See ages 6 and up
