Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Master’s Level)
Licensed Mental Health Therapist:
We are looking for a welcoming and positive attitude that promotes healing and recovery.
We are looking to work with crisis therapists, child and family outpatient therapists, adult mental health therapist, and substance use disorder therapists. Strock Medical Group Psychiatry provides psychiatric services to over 5000 Colorado Residents for almost 10 years.
You will report to the Clinical Therapy Director
Main Responsibilities can include:
• Provides therapy and care coordination to assigned clients and/or families of assigned clients as appropriate for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use
• Prepares and manages treatment plans and discharge plans
• Provides therapeutic crisis interventions as needed
• Documents interventions and program activity.
• Maintains accurate and timely clinical records.
• Maintains confidentiality of client records
• Utilizes measurement-based care to track success of services and support informed treatment decisions
• Empowers clients to reach optimum level of achievement by setting a positive example and providing role modeling
• Facilities, and/or co-facilitates group therapy sessions following evidence-based practices
• Performs other such duties as assigned within the scope of the position and program description, as well as those reflective of their experience, education and ability
• Ability to organized and run DBT groups

Location: In-person work supporting our facilities including, Denver and Boulder Area Locations and occasional remote work.
Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time contractor positions available
What We Need for this Job:
• Contractor Status: Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)
• One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
• Experience with providing therapy
• Passionate advocate for clients
• Collaborative, and client centered experience
• Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT, TFCBT or other modalities in a clinical environment
• Independent Malpractice Insurance

Contractor Compensation:
- 70%/30% to 80%/20% Split- depending on years of experience Split – fee for service structure
*Full-Time Contractor compensation estimate range: $6300.00 - $7200.00/Month
*Part-Time Contractor compensation estimate range: $3150.00 - $3600.00/Month
- Strock Medical Group Psychiatry provides credentialing completion for contractors under the group.
